Terms & Conditions

It is necessary to abide by the following terms & conditions to become a member Of the Spread Digital Technology (BD) Ltd.

1. Every applicant will require to complete application form personally. If necessary may take help from other to complete the form properties.

2. Correct & specific address need to be written on application form.

3. It will be mandatory to provide training to 5 persons on basic computer & internet after getting the membership.

4. Sponsors are not allowed receiving money from new applicant. If any applicant gives money to our authorized center against of receive copy. The company shall not remain liable for any trouble.

5. If any body gives money by cheque or online than you will send money (non refundable) to our company directly.  Our account no: - Spread Digital Technology (BD) Ltd  1505201785105001  (BRAC Bank Ltd).

6. Our admition fee 4000 taka only.

7. No members can disclose individual password to any other person and not to open individual account by any other person.

8. When any body wants to withdrew money from his account, he must apply through online. one subscriber may apply for money up to five times in a month. But you may apply for withdrawal a sum of taka 1000(one thousand taka only) stands balance in your account.

9. 4.50% taka vat on 4000 will be taka deducted. It means 4.50% of 4000 taka =180 taka for one time and 5% taka will be deducted of every withdrawal amount for tax & administrational expenditure.

10. Networker will get many form of incentive benefits on the basis of individual working efficiency & ability.

11. If any member want to get-certificate from our office. You will be allowed to collect from any of our centers or head-office but 100(one hundred taka only) will be deducted from your personal balance. If any subscriber get death before approach his aim, his nominee will be able to get his commission from the company.

12. Our training method is not vase wise class. It is referral program (on to another 5 person) aloawys sponsor through the knowledge to his downline networker which he took knowledge about our program (Basic Computer & Internet) from his sponsor. If any net worker do not take knowledge about our program after admition, the company is not responsible for that.
